Meet the World's First $1,200 " Holographic Display" Smartphone Available in 2018 The high-end camera maker RED has just announced a premium smartphone called Hydrogen One, and the headlining feature is something the company is referring to as a “holographic display.” At a starting price of $1,200. The phone features a 5.7-inch “holographic” display that makes bulky glasses obsolete for viewing multi-dimensional content. Which somehow uses nanotechnology to “seamlessly [switch] between traditional 2D content, holographic multi-view content, 3D content, and interactive games.” Audio is a big part of that immersive experience as well.
